Park Rules
We are glad you are visiting us.
Below are some guidelines for all our the safety and enjoyment of
the Resort.
1) All RV’ers and visitors
must register at the office upon entering the Park Check Out Time
is 11:00 a.m., and is strictly enforced. If you wish to stay
additional nights, you must pay when you check in. Due to
the large number of reservations, we cannot guarantee space if you
decide to extend your stay. It is the Park’s policy that
we cannot issue refunds.
2) Please DO NOT leave
your trash outside. Dumpsters are located around the Park
for trash disposal.
3) The Speed Limit is
10 miles per hour. We have purposely avoided speed bumps and
appreciate your adherence to the speed limit. Vehicles must
be parked in the assigned spaces and not in vacant spaces.
4) If you have guests
coming to visit, please have them register at the office. Only one
rig per site.
5) Quiet hours are to
be observed from 10:00 p.m. to 8 a.m. Noise should be kept at a
minimum during this time. This includes the use of TV’s and
radios. Please respect your neighbor’s privacy and property.
6) Persons under the
age of 18
must be accompanied by a resident or RV guest with whom they are
visiting at all times within the Resort and pool/spa areas.
Swimsuits must be worn in pool/spa. No cut-offs. Persons
under the age of 14 are not allowed in spa. Pool and spa rules
are posted and strictly enforrced.
7) KEEP ANIMALS ON A
LEASH. Pets are Welcome but they must be on a 6 foot maximum
length leash at all times. Pets are not allowed in the buildings
or pool area. Owners must dispose of all droppings left by their
pet. Your pet may not disturb other campers. Pets may
not be left tied outside when owners are away from the RV Park.
Anyone who fails to comply with these rules will be asked to leave
the Park. We have 5 breed restrictions. Please check
with office prior to making reservation.
8) Hanging clothes from
trees or RV’s is not allowed. Laundry facilities are provided.
9) Washing vehicles
or RV’s is not allowed without express consent of Managers.
Vehicle maintenance or repairs, including changing of oil and lubing,
is prohibited.
10) Generators of any
kind are prohibited.
11) Water, gray water
or effluent may not be emptied on the ground.
12) The use or display
of firearms, lethal weapons, fireworks, slingshots, pellet or BB
guns are not permitted.
13) No open fire at
sites. Use barbecue grills.
14) RV’ers are responsible
for the conduct and behavior of guests at all times. Skate boards
and motor bikes are not allowed to be used in the Park.
15) The Resort and Management
are not responsible for loss, damage, or claims for damages to property
of campers due to fire, theft, accident, or other causes.
16) Accidents do happen,
but we reserve the right to seek reimbursement for malicious or
blatant destruction of Resort property.
17) Disregard for any
of the above rules will be sufficient reason for terminating a guest’s
stay without refund. Management reserves the right to add or change
these rules as circumstances require.
18) We invite you to
join us in the Club House activities, and we urge you to participate
in all of our recreational activities.
