Gammons Gulch Western Town

A recreated Old West Town & Mining Camp. A Living Museum. Home of 87 varieties of birds. "Authentic and Haunting" says The Arizona Republic. Located 12 miles North of Exit 306 on I 10 at Benson.

The San Pedro Golf Course

The San Pedro Golf Course is an 18-hole championship facility located on the banks of the San Pedro River. Stretching to over 7300 yards from the tips, each hole features 5 sets of tees, thus offering fun and challenge to golfers of all levels.

The Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum

Located in the Tucson Mountains just west of Tucson.  A self-guided tour through a naturalistic setting featuring live plants and animals of the Sonoran Desert.

Colossal Cave

Located at the base of the Rincon Mountains, Colossal Cave is one of the largest dry caves in the world and maintains a year-round temperature of 72 degrees.  Gift shop and tour available.

Kartchner Caverns

Mission San Xavier Del Bac

Built in the 1700's the "White Dove of the Desert" is considered to be the most beautiful church in the Southwest.

Mount Lemmon Recreation and Ski Area

Facilities include a ski lift, which also operates during the summer months as a tourist attraction.  Numerous picnic areas and hiking trails.

Old Tucson

This town was built in 1939 to resemble Tucson of the 1860s for filming the movie classic "Arizona".  Shootouts are staged daily in the streets for visitors and the town is still being used for films and TV shows.

Pima Air Museum

Over 160 aircraft are on static display, including vintages of WW2, Korea and Viet Nam.

Sabino Canyon

Sabino Creek flows year-round and supports a variety of trees and lush vegetation.   A large picnic area, visitors center, hiking trails and beautiful scenery make this one of Tucson's favorite retreats.  Shuttle bus service 365 days a year and a 45 minute narrated tour.

Saguaro National Park (East & West)

Both areas contain some of the richest stands of Saguaro Cactus in Arizona. Scenic drives exist in both sections.

Biosphere

A totally self-contained ecosystem.  Scientists are using Biosphere to see if humans can indeed live in an artificially contained habitat that would either be present in space or in a hostile environment.

Tombstone

Home of Wyatt Earp, Doc Holliday and the OK Corral.  Other famous sites include Boot Hill, Crystal Palace Saloon and the Tombstone Epitaph.
